About the role
The Accounts Receivable Officer supports Vorwerk’s Accounting and Treasury function for Australia and New Zealand subsidiaries, ensuring timely accurate billing, cash application, collections and customers account maintenance within NetSuite. Reporting to the Accounting & Treasury Manager, the role owns day-to-day AR processes and month-end AR close activities, maintains strong internal controls and audit trails and provides responsive service to customers and internal stakeholders. The AR Officer collaborates with Controlling team for cut-offs and revenue-related accrual inputs.
About you
You’re an organised and detail‑oriented finance professional with 2–5 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role. You’re confident managing end‑to‑end AR processing, including billing, cash application and collections, and you’re comfortable supporting month‑end tasks such as AR and debt analysis.
You bring a solid understanding of ANZ tax and GST treatment for invoices and credit notes, and you work accurately and efficiently to meet a steady stream of deadlines. You communicate clearly, build strong working relationships, and maintain high standards of accuracy in everything you do.

- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, Bachelor degree is a plus but not essential
