We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Melbourne area, with primary support located in the South Western suburbs. This role offers a dynamic mix of customer interactions, technical tasks, and inventory management.
About the Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional after-sales service for our spas and swim spas. You’ll handle warranty repairs, installations, on-site sales, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas.
- Perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.).
- Develop maintenance and service plans for customers.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.
- Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Ensure spas are maintained at a satisfactory level including cleaning, organizing, and preparing units for display or shipment.

- Forklift certification (preferred).
