We’re seeking a reliable and technically capable Delivery Specialist & Installation Technician to join our Perth-based team.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, engaging with customers, and taking ownership of the delivery and installation process.
You will be responsible for delivering products directly to customer homes, coordinating on-site logistics (such as working with hiab and crane operators), and completing the initial installation and setup of spas, saunas, and related equipment. This is a client-facing role that combines physical work with technical aptitude and a strong focus on customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver a range of spa and lifestyle products to customer sites across Perth.
- Manage on-site logistics, including placement, unpacking, and coordination with crane operators when required.
- Install and configure product accessories such as steps, handrails, cover lifters, Wi-Fi modules, and heat pumps.
- Conduct start-up procedures and ensure the product is operational and ready for customer use.
- Perform basic diagnostic or warranty servicing when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, installations, and service work.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- A current, unrestricted driver’s licence and a strong safety-first mindset.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or installation of large or technical goods.
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors and on-site.
- A technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about product setup and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, with additional compensation provided
