Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily construction tasks under the supervision of experienced team members.
  • Support project management by maintaining accurate records of materials and supplies.
  • Participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Help prepare job sites by setting up equipment and clearing debris.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience required; however, any exposure to construction or manual labor is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn new skills related to building and construction processes.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
