We’re urgently seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a commercial cleaning team servicing various sites across the greater Sydney area. This is a rare opportunity to build your own crew, ideally with someone you trust – a partner, friend, or family member – and take the lead in a role with variety, autonomy, and long-term potential.

Key Details:

Start Location: Belrose for the first 6 months (van & equipment pickup)

Location: Must live near your cleaning partner or have minimal travel time between homes

Schedule: Full-time rotating roster – mix of day, evening, night & weekend shifts

Post-Probation: Keep the van at home (if you have secure off-street parking)

What You’ll Do:

Operate cleaning machinery (scrubbers, steamers, pressure washers)

Load & manage equipment based on your daily job schedule

Review weekly calendar, plan consumables and tools

Drive the van to sites and complete scheduled & ad-hoc jobs

Lead and mentor your teammate – ensure top service & WHS compliance

What We’re Looking For in the Supervisor:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning

Leadership or supervisory background

Physically capable of loading/unloading equipment

Full driver’s licence (clear history), police check, WWCC

Strong communication, organisation & independence

Live nearby or together – to ensure easy morning meets

Secure, off-street parking for the van after probation is essential

You’re both hands-on, reliable, and committed to working as a tight-knit unit
