We’re seeking a proactive and organised People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging HR professional looking to develop their capabilities across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you’ll provide high quality support across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, WHS, learning & development logistics, systems and reporting, while acting as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including job ads, shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees.
- Leverage features in Employment Hero to support HR workflows and reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide day to day HR administration.
- Assist with WHS documentation, incident reporting and compliance activities.
- Coordinate compliance training, L&D activities and completion records.
- Support People & Culture projects, initiatives, events and engagement activities.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to employees and managers, ensuring consistent and compliant people practices.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in a People & Culture/HR Coordinator role
- Experience using Employment Hero (preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive and solutions focused approach
- Genuine passion for supporting people and enhancing the employee experience
