The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team for a 12 month role (parental leave cover). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention and various administrative tasks as directed. The Account Manager will work closely with our Relationships and Growth team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact

• Understand clients' needs and objectives, and develop strategies to meet their goals

• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals

• Manage client accounts, including reporting, contract negotiations, feedback, billing, and invoicing

• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

• Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project status and progress

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across departments to develop optimal solutions

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field

• Qualification in languages or NAATI credential desirable

• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

The role is based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
