As we continue to scale, we’re looking for ambitious and commercially savvy Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of wellness—driving growth, building trusted partnerships, and delivering products that make a real impact.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of both relationship management and revenue growth across your portfolio.

You’ll work closely with internal teams across New Product Development, Operations, and Procurement to deliver solutions that genuinely meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Key Accounts: Build and grow long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and brand owners.
  • Driving New Business: Proactively identify, engage, and convert new opportunities across wellness, fitness, and adjacent markets
  • Advising on Solutions: Guide clients through our capabilities, including NPD and custom manufacturing
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Drive account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborating Internally: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Leading Commercial Outcomes: Prepare proposals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supplements highly regarded
  • Exposure to co-manufacturing or health/wellness brands is a bonus
