An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Receptionist to join the Enlightened Financial Solutions (EFS) team based in Mackay, Queensland.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of EFS, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will also include providing administrative support to our Client Services Manager (CSM) and Financial Advisors, assisting in office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Receptionist include but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service to all office visitors welcoming clients; signing-in and inducting any contractors or maintenance personal.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are setup prior to client arrival and cleaned appropriately after use, action any IT or hospitality setup.
- Prepare client hospitality options, such as tea / coffee and food as required;
- Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries;
- Monitor and maintain fulfilment of office stationery and cleaning products, including fulfilment for employees based in our Mackay Offices.
- Support the development and organisation of office procedures, processes, and systems.
- Act as the primary contact for office maintenance and upkeep with building management.
- Working with Advisors and the CSM team on administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data input.

We are looking for someone with the following:

- The ability to type and apply strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Able to contribute positively and collaboratively to the team environment.

- The ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
