We’re on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team and help us deliver an affordable, casual dining experience that celebrates flavour, hospitality, and heart. We have casual roles to start with, with full-time opportunities available for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:
• Full Australian working rights
• Fluent in English
• Diploma qualifications and/or 1–3 years’ employment experience
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and excellent grooming standards
• Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Hands-on experience making fresh pasta
• A deep understanding of traditional Italian cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and execution of all dishes
• Help train and support kitchen team members
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Support with inventory management and cost control
