Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership Extraordinaire: Partner with a regional operation Manager to bring your leadership skills to life, helping shape the direction and day-to-day magic of the centre.
- Mentor & Inspire: Be the go-to person for your team, creating a positive, collaborative vibe where everyone thrives and feels supported.
- Compliance with a Smile: Keep us on track with all regulations and quality standards – making sure everything runs smoothly, enjoying a laugh and a bit of fun along the way!
- Family Champion: Build awesome connections with families, working together to support each child’s unique learning and growth journey.
- Centre Innovator: Contribute your fresh ideas and creative solutions to help improve and grow the centre, making it an even more exciting place for children, families, and educators.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- Already excelling in a leadership role and ready to elevate your impact? Step up and take the next leap in Early Childhood Education!
- Outstanding leadership and exceptional communication skills
- Passion for Creating Magical Learning Spaces
- Strong Problem-Solving skills and tackle challenges head-on with a calm and thoughtful approach
