Village Early Learning Hilton is looking for passionate and experienced Advanced Educator (Diploma Qualified) to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract commencing in June 2026. As an Advanced Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care to children within a supportive and nurturing environment. You’ll collaborate with other educators to design and implement developmentally appropriate programs that cater to each child’s unique needs and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of each child
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexible availability required for varied shifts between 6:30am–6:30pm
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
