About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic studio team. As a freelance sales consultant you will get to work in our luxurious studio environment and lead our guests through the final stage of their verve intimate experience – the presentation of their images in our design cinemas. You’ll design artwork for your clients & use your people-powered personality and sales experience to achieve lasting memories for them.

For 18 years Verve has been reconnecting people to each other by blending beautiful and emotive photography with an unforgettable experience, driving to the highest standards in family portraiture. We have just launched a new venture, introducing boudoir photography for the first time. We plan to lead the boudoir photography industry by revamping how boudoir has been in the past, to how incredible it can be with the very best photographers. We are located across Australia in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
What We Are Looking For?
You will have:
- Previous sales experience
- An infectious energy and personality that people are attracted to.
- An innate confidence & well-honed ability to build value and close a sale.
- Enthusiasm to connect with a diverse range of clients in a one-on-one environment.
- The ability to follow a process to achieve consistent results.
- An eye for design (or be creative by nature)
You are:
- Comfortable working independently or collaborating within a team
- Organised with an unquenchable drive for results.
- A natural communicator, and you adapt to a diverse range of personalities.
- Above all, PASSIONATE: You don’t do anything half-heartedly & always bring passion, enthusiasm & commitment to whatever you’re doing.
Flexibility
As a freelancer with Verve, you’ll have a consistent schedule that supports a balanced approach to work and life. We’ll work with you upfront to agree on days and times that suit you, while also aligning with the needs of the studio.
Please note: our clients love weekends — so some weekend and evening availability is required.
Generous Income
- Weekday rates: from $625 up to $1250 (Based off 5 design appointments)
- Weekend rates: from $875 up to $1500 (Based off 5 design appointments)
Your earning potential increases with your performance. Payment is made per appointment, with most days averaging around four appointments, though this can vary between two and five appointments.

Hours
Choose your own schedule, but evening and weekend availability is preferred.
