VDI Australia is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage the end-to-end delivery of new vehicles across NSW and ACT, working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, suppliers, and customers to ensure every vehicle is delivered on time, compliant, and ready for handover. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and playing a key part in delivering quality outcomes for customers. 

VDI (Vehicle Dealers International) Australia is an Australian family-owned company and the exclusive national distributor of Yutong buses. Yutong is the world’s largest bus manufacturer and a global leader in battery electric bus technology. VDI continues to grow its presence across the Australian market, supporting operators with a comprehensive range of products and aftersales support. 

Due to continued expansion and increased delivery volumes, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator – NSW / ACT to join our national sales team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the delivery of new vehicles from order through to handover  
  • Maintain delivery schedules and support on-time delivery outcomes  
  • Complete registration documentation and assist with vehicle registration  
  • Liaise with workshops to ensure vehicles are prepared and compliant for delivery  
  • Inspect vehicles and complete acceptance reports prior to delivery  
  • Prepare delivery packs, documentation and customer handover requirements  
  • Maintain accurate delivery dates and data within Pentana  
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage delivery progress and resolve issues  
  • Communicate delivery updates, risks and timeframes to relevant stakeholders  
  • Support general sales operations and administrative requirements as needed  

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 

  • Experience in a sales coordination, delivery or administrative role within automotive, heavy vehicle, or a related industry  
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Clear and confident communication skills  
  • A proactive approach to problem solving  
  • Experience with dealer management systems (Pentana preferred)  
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills  
  • A current driver’s licence
