The Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in managing civil infrastructure projects, particularly Water, we want to hear from you. The successful applicant must have at least 6 years civil engineering experience with 4 years specifically related to the utility and infrastructure sector.

Competencies Required for the Role:

– Demonstrated civil engineering experience in the utility and infrastructure sector.

– Ability to plan and define project critical path including defining project staging and timing.

– Ability to coordinate all aspects of a projects to achieve project success including, time, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

– Knowledge of the relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice

– Knowledge of the tender methodology (costing, risk and opportunities, constraints), contractual agreements, preparing claims and dispute management

– Expert negotiation skills

– Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives including all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.

– Meet with clients to clarify the project brief and specific requirements of each project.

– Develop a detailed project plan and program and track changes as required.

– Demonstrated Leadership skills to manage and supervise wider project team.

– Ability to complete site audits and observations in line with WH&S requirements.
