Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support to users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
  • Document technical processes and user guides for reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is an advantage.
  • Due to the nature of the work and associated security obligations, Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.
