We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join the crew at URBNSURF. This role is all about driving growth across multiple segments, building long-term relationships, and ensuring our surf parks remain the go-to destination for unforgettable experiences.
As our BDM, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, converting opportunities, and delivering exceptional service from first contact through to repeat bookings. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our Surf Academy, Operations and Customer Experience teams to make sure every client touchpoint is world-class.
Day to Day, You’ll:
• Drive new business opportunities and manage key accounts across multiple customer segments
• Proactively develop pipelines, networks, and partnerships to hit and exceed sales targets
• Deliver exceptional end-to-end service, collaborating across Surf Academy, Events, and Customer Experience teams
• Showcase URBNSURF through client meetings, site tours, and tailored proposals
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development with a proven record of hitting targets
• Strong commercial instincts and a proactive, self-starter attitude
• Excellent communicator and negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• HubSpot CRM experience a big plus
• Passion for sport, lifestyle, or surf culture a big plus
