Uplyft is seeking Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists or Early Childhood Educators who are interested in joining our Early Childhood Intervention program as Early Childhood Practitioners.
Please note that this position is primarily administrative, with a strong emphasis on report writing and coordination of services.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Practitioner you will:
• Provide Early Childhood Intervention best practice specialist support services to children who have a developmental delay or disability, including initial supports
• Work with children and their families to determine needs and appropriate specialised early intervention support
• Undertake early childhood assessments and prepare reports
• Develop individual plans in partnership with families
• Initiate collaborative professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders including children’s service providers, community and specialist services
• Identify and provide information and referrals to families that reflect their needs and links them into appropriate universal and specialist services to meet their child’s developmental needs
• Deliver high quality ECA services in accordance with the program guidelines, Early Childhood Intervention best practice principles and relevant legislative obligations
About You
You are a dedicated and empathetic professional with a genuine passion for supporting young children and their families in early childhood development, developmental delay, and disability. You hold qualifications in Allied Health, Early Childhood Education, or a related field, and bring strong knowledge of NDIS, ECA principles, and evidence-based early intervention.
You are committed to family-centred practice, with experience conducting functional assessments and developing tailored support plans for children aged 0–6. You build trusting relationships, communicate with care, and work inclusively across diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
You are highly organised and dependable, with strong documentation and technology skills, and a focus on ethical, respectful practice that promotes inclusion and meaningful participation.
Additional credentials (e.g. AHPRA, professional memberships, or WA teaching registration) and experience working with diverse communities are highly regarded.
