About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Coordinator to lead the delivery of our Mental Health and Children & Parenting programs. This role provides operational leadership, clinical and practice support, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team delivering early intervention and family support services to children, young people, parents and families.

Working across two complementary program areas, you will play a key role in ensuring services are responsive, evidence-informed and aligned with best practice frameworks. You will support staff to deliver high quality outcomes through reflective supervision, case consultation, mentoring and practice leadership, while fostering a collaborative and values-driven team culture.

The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to program development, and ensuring services meet contractual, organisational and quality standards. You will also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen pathways and outcomes for children and families.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • A Degree in Social Work (or recognised equivalent) and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Extensive experience working with children, young people and families experiencing complex needs including mental health, crisis and/or child protection concerns
  • Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and supporting staff, students and volunteers within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong knowledge of child development, parenting support, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, and family functioning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the sector
  • High level organisational and administrative skills, including experience using client management systems and Microsoft Office programs
  • A strong commitment to child safe practice, workplace health and safety, and delivering culturally safe, family-centred services
