Retail Sales Assistant

UP THERE are looking for a warm, confident Retail Sales Assistant to join our in‑store team full time. This role is perfect for someone who loves customer connection, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fashionable, people‑led retail environment.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, support daily store operations, and help bring our brand to life on the shop floor. From time to time, you’ll also be happy to participate in casual social media content that showcases our store, product, and team — training and guidance provided.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high‑quality, personalised customer service
• Supporting sales, merchandising, stock replenishment, and online orders
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and premium store environment
• Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive culture
• Participating in brand‑led in‑store social media content
• Supporting floor flow and mentoring newer team members as you grow

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years’ experience in retail (fashion or premium service preferred)
• Is confident, friendly, and customer‑focused
• Works well in a team and takes initiative
• Is comfortable being on camera for brand content
• Is motivated to grow and develop into a leadership role
