Our family-owned and operated business has 25 retail locations across the country, and we’re currently seeking a Driver & picker to support our warehouse teams and work out of our Distribution Centre located in Ridleyton, SA.

In this role, you will be responsible for transferring goods between our Distribution Centre and Satellite stores while adhering to a schedule. You will be required to load and unload your vehicle, follow all road safety rules, and support warehouse functions like picking where required.

Responsibilities:

Driver

  • Transfer goods between our Distribution Centre and Satellite stores while adhering to a schedule
  • Load and unload vehicle with goods
  • Ensure proper processes are adhered to and goods are transported safely
  • Follow all road safety rules and regulations
  • Track inventory of goods needed for shuttle
  • Provide progress updates to management
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area

Picking

  • Pick orders accurately and consistently, ensuring items match SKU, quantity, and location with minimal errors
  • Maintain high picking speed while upholding accuracy and meeting daily targets
  • Follow designated pick paths and use warehouse equipment effectively
  • Assist team members during high workload periods and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
  • Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues promptly
  • Accurately count and record stock during stocktake activities
  • Support inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting variances
  • Maintain clean, organised, and safe picking areas in line with warehouse standards

Requirements:

  • Held a Full and Open Australian License for a minimum of two years (Essential)
  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar role (Desirable)
  • Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of a manual role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Current Store Roster Availability:

Driver:

Friday – 9:15 am to 5:15 pm

Saturday – 9:15 am to 4:30 pm

Sunday – 10:15 am to 4:30 pm

Picker:

Weekdays & Saturday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment

Familiarity with inventory management systems
