Warehouse Assistant

Our family-owned and operated business has multiple retail locations across the country, and we’re currently seeking a warehouse assistant to support our warehouse teams and work out of our centre located in Fyshwick, ACT 2609.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming stock deliveries
• Check and book in stock accurately into the system
• Organise and store stock in the correct locations
• Prepare and send warranty (RA) items to HQ or suppliers
• Ensure all items are handled, labelled, and packaged with care
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organised
• Follow processes to maintain stock accuracy
• Work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements:

• Held a Full and Open Australian License for a minimum of two years (Essential)
• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role (Desirable)
• Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of a manual role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
