Master Trainer – Reformer Pilates
Location: France, Spain, Germany, Benelux, Netherlands or Middle East (Remote with Regional Travel)

As we continue to expand across Europe and the Middle East, we’re looking for experienced and passionate Master Trainers to deliver exceptional instructor education and help develop the next generation of Pilates professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident educator who thrives in front of a room, loves inspiring others, and is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You’ll facilitate instructor training both in person and virtually using the Your Reformer Education curriculum while representing our brand with professionalism, expertise and energy.
Depending on your availability and interests, there is also the opportunity to take on Student Mentor responsibilities to further support learners throughout their educational journey.
Master Trainer Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Reformer Pilates education programs to groups of up to 10 instructors on behalf of Your Reformer and our business partners.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions using the approved Your Reformer curriculum.
- Create an engaging learning environment that builds student confidence, participation and successful learning outcomes.
- Adapt your facilitation style to suit different learning needs while maintaining curriculum integrity.
- Record attendance and training completion accurately.
- Provide feedback to the Education Team regarding student progress, session outcomes and opportunities to improve course content.
- Stay current with industry trends, teaching methodologies and Reformer Pilates best practice.
- Represent the Your Reformer brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and exceptional customer service.
- Travel within your region as required to deliver instructor training.
Student Mentor Responsibilities:
Depending on business needs and your availability, you may also support students outside of scheduled training by:
- Responding to student questions through our Learning Management System (LMS) within agreed response timeframes.
- Hosting scheduled group Zoom Q&A sessions to support student learning.
- Providing constructive, encouraging feedback to help students build confidence and successfully complete their studies.
- Escalating recurring student challenges, welfare concerns or course issues to the Education Team.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all current course content to provide accurate guidance.
- Recording attendance and engagement from student support sessions.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Reformer Pilates educator who is passionate about helping others learn and develop. You’re comfortable presenting to groups, communicating clearly, and creating a positive, supportive learning environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent industry qualification relevant to your country).
- Recognised Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a commercial or studio environment.
- Experience facilitating group learning or instructor training.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for education and developing future instructors.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages relevant to your region (such as French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Arabic) are highly regarded.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience delivering instructor education, workshops or professional development.
- Experience facilitating virtual training via Zoom or other online learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of movement science, anatomy and exercise principles.
- Experience supporting learners through online education programs.
- Flexibility to travel throughout your region when required.
