Description

We are a small family recruitment business, working in Blue Collar Labour Hire, looking for someone who is not afraid to take on whatever gets thrown at them … no day will be the same so if variety is something that excites you then read on.

 

We are looking for a Part time Recruitment Administrator on a 3-month contract starting ASAP. 

We are ideally looking for someone to work across Monday to Thursday … but can be flexible with days for the right person.

 

We need someone who is experienced with Administration & Customer Service & an understanding of warehousing &/or manufacturing environments.  You will be helping with placing ads, screening applicants, setting up & conducting interviews, reference checking & placing workers in casual labour roles as well as managing those already working for us.

 

Recruitment background is not essential … but the right attitude is.

  • Must be good with computers … MS Office, Linked In/Social Media & able to pick up new CRM systems quickly
  • 3-4 days per week – 5-6 hours per day … we can be flexible for the right person
  • Hourly rate negotiable based on experience (Circa $35 ph)
