Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join this rapidly growing Aftermarket Automotive Service business.

The company fits specialised towing software to vehicles for increased towing capacity for either personal or commercial use so customers can range from tradies to fleet vehicles to everyday consumers. They have 3 sites across Qld & Vic & are looking to expand further into Vic & NSW in the coming year.

This is new role for someone to take control … be responsible for keeping the place ticking … ensuring customers are happy & the office is running smoothly.

The responsibilities will evolve but to give you an idea:

  • Accounting – coordinating weekly payroll, ensuring salaries & overtime are recorded correctly as well as managing annual/sick leave requests
  • Managing spreadsheets to track workload, customers & stock levels
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting the internal sales team of 6 with administrative support from recording & filing quotes, new orders & bookings
  • May assist with customer queries as an overflow from sales team
  • PA Support to 2 Directors including such things as travel & confirming meetings

This role is located North of Brisbane & could perfectly suit a mum/dad wanting to work around the school runs. Experience in a similar environment advantageous though not essential.
