The role
We are seeking a motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our team, working across a diverse private client base.
You will work closely with our Family Law Partner, Jennifer Sorrenson (Accredited Specialist – Family Law), in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role includes advising and representing clients across all aspects of family law, providing advice that is pragmatic, commercially sound and empathetic.
About you
To be considered, you will have 2–5 years PAE in family law, ideally across both financial and parenting matters
You will bring:
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills;
• Experience attending court and managing litigation processes;
• Excellent drafting skills (including affidavits, letters of advice and court documents); and
• A client-focused approach and clear, empathetic communication.
You will enjoy working collaboratively, be committed to developing your expertise, and share our focus on practical advice and strong client outcomes.
