Looking for flexible, school-friendly hours in Early Childhood? This could be perfect for you.
At Sparkways, we believe every child deserves a strong start in life — and that great educators deserve roles that fit around their lives too.
We’re currently seeking Diploma-qualified Educators to join our kindergartens in Break Cover roles — short, meaningful shifts in the middle of the day that make a real difference.
Why these roles work so well

- Work during school hours (perfect for parents!)
- Keep your foot in the sector without committing to full days
- Ideal alongside study, OSHC, or another part-time role

These roles are short in hours, but big in impact — you’ll be stepping in to support educators and ensure children continue to receive high-quality care and supervision throughout the day.
