About the Role
At Sparkways, we value both Co-educators (Cert III minimum) and Diploma Educators equally—there is no difference in seniority.
Due to funding, there are some differences in duties and pay rates. Many of our Co-educators hold Diploma or Degree qualifications.
Donnybrook – murnong kindergarten
- Coeducator (Cert III minimum) – Mirram Group
- Status: Ongoing
- Hours: 17.5 hrs/week
- Days: Mon & Wed
- Roster + Planning: Mon & Wed 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
- Cert III rate – Up to $27.87 per hour with paid time off over at term breaks
Increase your hours
- You can ask about joining our relief team on your days off to increase your hours and pay
- Apply for other part time positions as they become available
We want to meet you if you:
- Are you an experienced & qualified Educator
- have recent experience with 3-4 year old children, including children with additional needs
- Can support children’s learning through play-based, child-led programs
- Are confident writing observations and learning stories (Storypark experice preferred)
- Enjoy working as part of a friendly, child-centred team
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Are looking for part-time work with school-term hours
- Want to work close to your community
- Are interested in ongoing learning and career growth
