About You
You’re an experienced leader who values connection and enjoys being part of a community.
You will bring:
- Experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director in long day care (min. 2 years highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Proven ability to build positive culture and drive performance
- Confidence managing relationships with families and staff
- Solid understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards
About the role
As Centre Director, you will:
- Lead day-to-day operations
- Mentor and support your team
- Build strong family and community relationships
- Drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with a supportive Area Managers and Head Office team
Based at Whittlesea Early Learning Centre, a welcoming, community-focused service.
About the Centre
- Long day care + integrated 3 & 4-year-old kinder
- Sessional kindergarten program
- Located next to the library and across from the community garden

The Practicalities
- Permanent, full-time
- RDO every 4 weeks
- Circa $110,000 per annum (subject to experience)
