We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse
(Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply) who aligns with our values of respect,

About the role

Hours: 2 days per week
- Immediate start available
- Casual role, potential to transition to permanent
if desired
In this role, you will deliver specialised, high-quality sexual and reproductive health care while building respectful and trusting relationships with clients. You will work with autonomy and professionalism, supported by a collaborative team focused on achieving the best possible health
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing
care, taking accountability for your professional conduct and clinical practice
- Provide specialised nursing care in sexual and reproductive health in line with True’s philosophy and standards
- Practice in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) codes and standards, Clinical Practice
Guidelines, and organisational policies
- Contribute to high-quality clinical service delivery and positive client outcomes
- Collaborate with the Senior Nursing Officer to support clinical leadership and best practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and assurance activities
- Identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures and contribute to their development and review
What you’ll bring
·Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia (Enrolled Nurses also encouraged to apply)
·Experience or a strong interest in sexual and reproductive health
·Commitment to values-based, person-centred care
·Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
·Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
·A proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development
