About The Role
We’re looking for a Dispatch Replenishment/Goods Out Assistant to join our dispatch team, In this role you will to transport stock from the warehouse and ensure the product shelves in the dispatch area are kept fully stocked and organised using the warehouse management replenishment system and loading cages and pallets with parcels ready to be shipped.
It is a key part of this role to adhere to company, H&S and GMP procedures and to assist with general tasks as required by management.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management, Movement & Task
- Assist in regular stock takes throughout the year.
- Assist with the movement of stock, loading and moving cages and pallets when required.
- Use of the order picker forklift to collect stock from the W3 warehouse storage unit.
- Ensuring all boxes on the picking shelves are kept stocked, in order and organised.
- Knowledge of the stock management system writing on and off stock.
- Keep packing stations stocked throughout the day with packing materials.
- Assist in goods out working on the conveyor belt preparing cages and pallets for couriers.
- Putting away stock from production into W3 using the order picker.
- Helping the Dispatch team picking and packing during peak times.
- Using WMS system to process returned stock.
Quality Control
Health & Safety
- Follow SWP correctly for all machinery and equipment in the department.
- Must wear the designated uniform, safety shoes and Hi-vis at all times.
Additional
- Keep the area clean and tidy
- General administrative tasks as and when required by your manager
What We’re Looking For
- Previously worked in a warehouse, logistics centre, or production facility
- Has experience following safety procedures and completing compliance checklists
- Aligns with environmentally conscious company values
- Identified discrepancies and prevented losses
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Employment Type: This role is offered part-time, Saturday – Sunday, 7am to 5pm

Location: Tropic Dispatch is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon.

Salary: £13.45 per hour
