Summary:

The Global Strategic Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes within the manufacturing and production sector. Based in Lebanon, Tennessee, this permanent full-time position is essential for enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives that align with our global objectives. This role provides analytical, financial, and operation support across global supply chain activities, helping drive data-driven decision related to sourcing strategy, supplier performance, manufacturing partnerships, and business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills to support decision-making and improve supply chain performance, ensuring that we meet our business goals effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze global supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Support the procurement process by providing insights on supplier performance and market conditions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supply chain analysis, strategic sourcing, procurement, financial analysis, manufacturing operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience within EV, automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
