Summary:
As the Full Stack Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our marketing strategies through innovative AI solutions within the manufacturing and production sector.
Responsible for executing and improving marketing processes using AI, automation and CRM systems.
The purpose of this role is to automate how marketing work gets done. This position focuses on using AI tools and workflow automation to reduce manual effort, standardize communication, and accelerate commercial execution across campaigns, customer lifecycle messaging, and sales support. This is a technology-first role inside the commercial organization. Marketing is the application, but the job is building repeatable systems- templates, automated campaigns, lifecycle workflows, and AI-assisted communications – that continuously produce outputs with minimal manual effort. A background in graphic design or visual tools is helpful for creating and editing collateral when needed, but the primary responsibility is operational execution and automation rather than traditional design work.
Responsibilities:
- Identify manual marketing and communication tasks and convert them into AI-assisted or automated workflows
- Use AI tools to draft, refine, and standardize customer communications, internal updates, and outreach messaging.
- Build repeatable templates and prompt structures for proposals, RFP responses, follow-ups, and program announcements
- Automate recurring work such as follow-up emails, campaign messaging, and customer lifecycle communications
- Maintain a library of reusable messaging, templates, and structured content for commercial teams
- Build and manage campaigns in Salesforce Campaigns and/or ActiveCampaign
- Create segmentation, lifecycle stages, and automated nurture programs
- Manage lead routing and handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success
- Maintain contact data quality, lists, and campaign tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and produce simple performance reporting
- Support active deals by quickly producing customer-facing materials (one-pagers, proposals, email responses, program explanations)
- Assist with preparation and drafting of RFP responses and customer questionnaires
- Help standardize commercial messaging across customers and regions
- Support onboarding, service program, and aftermarket communications
- Reduce turnaround time for customer responses and sales follow-ups
- Analyze where work slows down across marketing and customer communication processes
- Propose and implement automation or system improvements
- Improve sales cycle speed from lead to closed deal through better communication workflows
- Document processes so work can be repeated consistently across the organization
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professional use of AI tools as part of daily workflow to execute business tasks (content drafting, research, campaign setup, customer communication, reporting, or process automation)
- 5–10 years in B2B marketing operations, growth marketing, revenue operations, or sales enablement
- Experience building and running automated campaigns in Salesforce Campaigns, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver outputs quickly in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience working with technical products, infrastructure, hardware, or software solutions preferred
