About the role
Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will set the strategic direction for global sourcing and procurement, leading a high-performing supply chain organization across multiple regions. This role serves as a key executive partner in driving innovation, cost leadership, and operational resilience, ensuring Tritium maintains a sustainable competitive advantage in the procurement of capital,
materials, and services worldwide. This role is based in Middle Tennessee.
What You’ll Do
• Procurement & Sourcing: Define and own the enterprise-wide procurement and
category sourcing vision, setting multi-year strategies for supplier selection,
contract negotiations, and total cost of ownership while ensuring supply
continuity and long-term competitive positioning.
• New Product Introduction & Technology Roadmap: Champion supply
chain integration at the executive level across all product development
initiatives, shaping technology roadmaps, directing contract manufacturer
relationships, and establishing Tritium as a leader in emerging supply
technologies.
• Supplier & Risk Management: Direct enterprise-wide supplier
governance, strategic rationalization, and performance frameworks while setting
organizational risk tolerance and leading mitigation strategies across all
supply chain risk categories (commodities, lead times, obsolescence, logistics,
geopolitical, cyber).
• Compliance & Trade: Establish and enforce global trade compliance
policies, proactively navigating tariff regimes, customs frameworks, and
evolving international trade regulations to protect margin and ensure
uninterrupted operations.
• Operational Efficiency: Set the strategic direction for
end-to-end supply chain infrastructure, overseeing systems architecture,
freight strategy, warehouse network design, and material flow to achieve
best-in-class delivery performance and cost structure.
• Performance & Data Insights: Own the supply chain analytics and
reporting function, establishing KPIs and executive dashboards that enable
data-driven decision-making at the board and C-suite level, and driving a
culture of continuous performance improvement.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Champion
enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, partnering with leadership to align
supply chain strategy with business objectives and drive measurable
improvements in cost, speed, and quality.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Architect and evolve a world-class
global supply chain organization, defining structure, capabilities, and
succession plans while attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in senior
leadership roles.
- Experience in the electronics and automotive industry
- Strong background in manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
