About the Role
As a Casual RN with TripleCN, you’ll provide safe, person-centered, and high-quality care to clients across a range of clinical environments. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively, leading care delivery, supporting junior staff, and advocating for clients with diverse and complex needs.

What You’ll Do
- Lead nursing assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making
- Administer medications and manage clinical procedures safely and effectively
- Support, educate, and mentor Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing
- Communicate and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and dignity for clients and team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold clinical standards and infection control best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership capability
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (if working in disability)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel locally
Highly Regarded:
- Certifications in specialty areas (ICU, mental health, disability, etc.)
- Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) or NDIS documentation experience
- Digital health or electronic medical record experience
