Trilogy Care is one of Australia’s fastest-growing home care providers, growing rapidly through industry reform, workforce expansion, and significant investment in artificial intelligence. We are building a modern, AI-enabled organisation where the people closest to the work help shape smarter ways of operating. The Innovation & Transformation Lead is a hands-on role focused on improving workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and implementing practical AI-driven solutions that create real impact across teams, clients, and partners.
Working closely with operational leaders and Trilogy’s Data & AI team, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, centralise data, and improve day-to-day operations through technology and continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Change Management & Adoption
- Lead the adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working by coaching teams, building AI capability, and supporting change across all levels of the business.
- Communicate transformation initiatives clearly, managing stakeholder engagement and resistance with a practical and people-focused approach.
4. Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end transformation and operational improvement projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
- Oversee change management, risk mitigation, compliance improvements, reporting, and documentation across all initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across departments and collaborate with leaders to deliver commercially aligned transformation outcomes.
- Work closely with other Innovation & Transformation Leads to share ideas, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
6. Compliance & Governance
