- Open to AI: You have an open mind to learn and apply the latest in AI thinking. You’re not waiting for permission — you’re already experimenting with LLMs, copilots, and automation in your day-to-day work, and you want an employer that encourages it.
- Systems thinker: You look at how things work end-to-end, spot what’s broken or inefficient, and design them to be better. You think in workflows and processes, not just transactions.
- Comfortable in ambiguity: High-growth companies don’t have a playbook for everything. You find that energising, not stressful.
- Tech-first: Excel is your baseline, not your ceiling. You’re already using (or learning) SQL, Power BI, or Python to move faster.
