About us:

We are an established elevator company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of lifts and elevators. As part of our commitment to developing future industry leaders, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Coordinator (Scheduler) to help maximise technician efficiency while meeting service obligations, response times, and customer communication. You will coordinate and schedule technicians, manage timelines, allocate jobs, and ensure resources are used effectively across our three states (QLD, VIC, NSW). Strong organisational skills and clear communication are key to maintaining seamless workflow across our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding of new service clients and ensure accurate setup in system (Aroflo)
  • Support the growth of client accounts through service and maintenance offerings
  • Effectively schedule service technicians and coordinate job timelines
  • Allocate and prioritise reactive breakdowns based on urgency and location
  • Communicate with customers and technicians to keep everyone informed and schedules on track
  • Monitor outstanding jobs and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for jobs, assets, and customers
  • Assist Service Team Leader with ad hoc parts, warranty claims and quoted repairs

About You

You work well both independently and as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to develop your skills.  Ideally you will bring the following:

  • Proven experience in scheduling technicians, industry experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn about elevator technology, safety regulations, and industry best practices
