About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Business Development Executive with a strong background working with US or Australian companies. This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, communicates exceptionally well, takes initiative, and thrives on achieving targets in a high-performance environment aligned with US/Australian standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Business Development Manager to qualify, win, and process orders
Creating, calculating, and following up on technical quotes from sales enquiries
Answering customer queries, providing exceptional customer service, and upselling where possible
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers
Telemarketing to new and existing prospects to promote our products and services
General administrative duties including answering phone calls, emailing, and data entry into CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (Epicor) systems
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Minimum of 5 continuous years (within the last 6 years) working for a US or Australian company
- Direct experience working to current US or Australian standards
- Fluent, impeccable English communication skills (written and verbal)
- A stable and consistent employment history (roles must be continuous — multiple short-term positions adding up to 5 years will not be considered)
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales or sales support experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience
- Willingness to work onsite for five (5) days during required Manila visits
- Willingness to complete a full medical and health check through our appointed agent prior to employment
