You’ll take ownership of developing Tradewind’s presence in the NSW social services market that is backed by an established national brand, existing infrastructure, and leadership support.

About the Role

Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy to build and grow the NSW client market, supported by a strong internal team and national presence.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing new client relationships across the NSW social services sector
  • Building and managing your own recruitment pipeline
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across a 360 desk
  • Partnering with clients to provide market insight and talent solutions

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within an agency
  • Strong business development capability and confidence winning new clients

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Identify and secure new client partnerships across NSW
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and win new business

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Source, screen and place high-quality candidates
  • Deliver consistent, high-standard outcomes for clients

Account Management

  • Partner with organisations to understand hiring needs
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice
  • Build repeat business and long-term partnerships
