About the role
Due to continued growth within our Education division, we are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant or an experience sales professional to join our Melbourne CBD team. This is a 360, permanent recruitment role where you will manage end-to-end recruitment while actively developing and growing your client portfolio.
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will partner closely with schools and education organisations to deliver high-quality permanent placements. You’ll be responsible for business development, vacancy management, candidate sourcing and offer negotiation, while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
This role suits someone who thrives in a sales-focused, relationship-driven environment and enjoys owning their desk and results.
What you’ll do at Tradewind
- Identify and develop new client opportunities
- Conduct outbound business development and client meetings
- Build and maintain a strong, long-term candidate pipeline
- Source, headhunt and engage candidates using multiple channels
- Manage end to end recruitment processes
- Engage in client meetings and client/candidate events

- Proven track record in sales or recruitment
