About the role
You will be joining an established Education team in our Melbourne CBD office. This is a fast-paced role where making and maintaining relationships is at the core. Your role as Education Recruitment Consultant will see you manage the day-to-day provision of staff to our client schools. A large part of the role will be spent on the phone, so you won’t be afraid to dial out and have a chat! Prior Recruiter experience will be highly regarded, as well as supporting a team.
Duties
- Supporting Client schools with teacher demands.
- Assist with interviews.
- Confirmation of bookings to schools.
- Developing and supporting other internal employees growth.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing candidates through regular lines of phone communication.
- Have a sound knowledge of your educator pool, gaining partnership and loyalty.
- Accountability of the success and growth of the area
