What you will be doing

- Boost sales and margins by spotting and chasing new opportunities
- Use our CRM tools to plan your store visits and stay on top of your calls
- Dig into sales data to find trends and uncover growth potential
- Build genuine relationships with key customers through great communication
- Make stores shine with eye-catching displays and smart merchandising, including completion of store relays and new store setups as required
- 1-2 overnight trips per quarter will be required

About you
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Representative to join our SA Sales Team full-time. Ideally, you’ll be based in Adelaide’s southern suburbs, but for the right person, we’re flexible with territories.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are enthusiastic about sales and business development
- Are motivated to achieve targets with a strong work ethic
- Confidently showcase and promote products
- Are open to learning and hands-on involvement in tasks
- Have strong negotiation skills and influence positive outcomes
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Are organised and capable of managing your own time and territory
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Uphold integrity and professionalism in all interactions
- Can handle manual lifting and hold a valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in Bunnings or hardware retail is desirable but not essential
