People and Safety Administrator (Tallangatta)

  • $77,330.57 to $88,275.63 per annum + super

About the role

  • Coordinate and deliver people and safety training, including inductions, to build staff skills and support compliance requirements, working closely with key staff and stakeholders
  • Review and improve training and induction programs to remain practical, current, and fit for purpose, providing support with training systems, bookings, records, and administrative processes
  • Assist with People and Culture administration tasks, including HRIS updates, staff records, and policy reviews

What we’re looking for

  • Two or more years’ experience in Office Administration, People and Culture, and/or a Safety role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training materials and/or written procedures, policies and compliance documents and forms – well-developed, written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional documents
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in delivering training
  • Strong IT literacy and demonstrated skills in using Microsoft software such as Word and PowerPoint, and experience using OHS and/or HR software is desirable
  • Experience or interest in developing skills in AI technology is highly desirable
  • Class C Driver’s Licence and full Australian working rights
