About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee and support clients with complex needs, ensuring clinical practices align with best standards. This role involves intake assessments, care planning, medication audits, and staff training, all within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage clinical caseloads including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Oversee intake processes and ensure timely commencement of services.
• Conduct medication audits and ensure staff competency in clinical care.
• Develop and maintain client documentation including support plans and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure cohesive support.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS and aged care standards.
• Promote client participation and feedback in service planning.
Mandatory Requirements
• AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening, DHS Working with Children, and Criminal History Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Manual Handling and Infection Control Training
• Completion of NDIS Orientation and relevant modules
