Due to the growth, we are again expanding our team. We are looking for another team member to join us in our Adelaide Office!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable / Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Proactive collections on outstanding accounts
  • Phone and email contact with customers and government departments
  • Resolving invoice and account queries efficiently
  • Submit claims and follow with the NDIS Provider Payment team
  • Allocating and receipting payments
  • Maintaining accurate AR records
  • Assisting with month end reporting and reconciliations
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks
  • Assisting the Financial Controller and all Finance Team members with additional projects as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Working with Children Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience using XERO
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with a diverse customer base
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong initiative, organisation, and time management skills
  • Strong general IT skills and confidence using computers, systems, and new software programs
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
  • An initiative-taking mindset with a willingness to identify improvements and support more efficient processes
