on-site radiology, pathology, allied health, and urgent care services to a growing

The Opportunity
We are seeking a warm, organised,
and experienced full-time Administration / Receptionist to be the face of our
Norwood clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients — in person
and by phone — while supporting our dedicated team of GPs, nurses, and allied
health professionals.
What You’ll Do
- •Greet patients and manage check-in
/ check-out processes efficiently and warmly
- •Handle a high volume of inbound
calls, appointment scheduling, and recall management
- •Manage billing including Medicare,
DVA, and private accounts
- •Maintain accurate patient records
using Best Practice software
- •Process referrals, results, and
correspondence for GPs and allied health providers
- •Liaise with on-site Clinpath
Pathology and radiology services
- •Assist with opening and closing
procedures and general clinic administration
- •Support the Practice Manager and
colleagues with day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For
- •Previous medical reception or
general practice administration experience — highly regarded
- •Confidence with Best Practice
software (experience preferred)
- •Strong understanding of Medicare
billing, DVA, and HCC concessions
- •Exceptional interpersonal skills
and genuine compassion for patients
- •Ability to multitask calmly in a
fast-paced environment
- •High accuracy, attention to
detail, and professional discretion
- •Reliable, punctual, and a true
team player
- •Fluency in a second language is an
advantage — we serve a multicultural community
