At TotalFusion Platinum Newstead, our reception team is the heartbeat of the member experience. We’re seeking a polished, reliable, and service-driven Senior Receptionist to join our Senior Reception Team within our Customer Service department. This role is pivotal in setting the standard for premium service, supporting our casual reception team, and ensuring every member interaction reflects the excellence our brand is known for.

With over 6,000 active members, we are proud to be the largest health and wellness precinct in the Southern Hemisphere.
As a key point of contact for our 6,000+ members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading by example during afternoon and evening closing shifts
- Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries
- Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations
- Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
- Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues
- Closing and end-of-day operational tasks with precision and accountability
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who:

- Brings exceptional presentation and communication standards
- Can balance member care with operational discipline
- Has prior customer service or reception experience (hospitality, fitness, or wellness background highly regarded)
