We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Hospitality to lead our food, beverage, and hospitality operations, driving excellence across our Refuel Café, Rooftop Bar, events, and broader hospitality experience.
Your Impact:
As Head of Hospitality, you’ll oversee the full hospitality function at TFP, from daily operations and service standards to team leadership, profitability, and member experience. You’ll shape the culture, elevate the offering, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s premium standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across Refuel Café, Rooftop Bar and wellness precinct outlets.
- Educate and support Wellness Members in their journey, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and confident in guiding members through wellness modalities.
- Be actively involved in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support across all service areas.
- Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TFP’s luxury brand identity.
- Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
- Partner with the leadership team to deliver seamless service across events, spa, wellness, and retail experiences.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.

Schedule:
Full time position requiring flexibility, including weekends and public holidays, in line with business operations.
