Summary:
A rare opportunity has opened within the TotalFusion Marketing team for a full-time Social Media & Content Coordinator.
In this role, you’ll own the daily content engine for one of Australia’s most premium wellness brands. You will lead the execution of our social and content pipeline – creating and delivering high-quality, platform-native content that drives engagement, builds community, and supports growth.
This role is focused on bringing the TotalFusion brand to life across social, digital, and key in-club touchpoints. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent stream of engaging, on-brand content, while also supporting the delivery of broader marketing assets across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy, Planning & Execution (Core Focus)
- Own the planning and execution of organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Build and manage a rolling content calendar aligned to campaigns, brand moments, and key content pillars
- Bring forward content ideas informed by trends, culture, and performance insights, continuously improving output
- Run daily Instagram and TikTok Stories using a structured weekly framework (trainer takeovers, member Q&As, behind-the-scenes, class previews)
- Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, including comments, DMs, and engagement
- Coordinate with teams across multiple club locations to plan content, ensuring consistency and quality
Creative Production & Asset Delivery
- Design and produce digital and in-club marketing assets including social paid ads and
- campaign collateral
- Leverage AI tools and templates to efficiently create high-quality in-house content
- Brief and coordinate external creative partners for larger-scale production, including print
- and campaign assets
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, launches, and brand moments
Platform Growth & Optimisation
- Drive the growth and engagement of TotalFusion’s social platforms, with a focus on
- Instagram and TikTok
- Work closely with the digital growth marketing specialist to support content amplification
- and campaign performance
- Contribute to building a strong, platform-native content presence that supports audience
- growth and brand reach
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in social media or content roles within a consumer brand (fitness,
- wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong at shooting and editing short-form, mobile-first content (Reels/TikTok) with a clear understanding of hooks, trends, and retention
- Early adopter of tools and platforms that improve speed, creativity, and output
- Sharp copywriting instinct – captions that drive engagement, not just impressions
- Comfortable behind and in front of the camera, and able to direct others to capture content
- Analytics-literate, using Meta, TikTok and similar platforms to inform decisions
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple content streams and calendars
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership from idea to execution
- Design capability (Adobe Creative Suite) highly regarded
